椒油脆莴苣
喜欢自己做点小菜吃,特别是腌渍一些小咸菜之类的,清晨用来就着喝粥或者用来伴着喝点小酒,真真的是不错。
腌菜应该是我们日常居家过日子的必备的一种小菜,早点时候就着喝粥,正餐的时候摆上一盘爽脆或酸甜适口的小咸菜都不失是一种惬意的滋味。

喜欢莴苣翠绿的颜色,爽脆的口感,还有莴苣那特有的清香味道。秋莴苣上市了,买来烹炒,腌渍做成种种的菜肴,吃着爽心开胃。
今天不做咸菜,就简单的把莴苣条腌渍一下,然后用花椒油调制,这样做出的莴苣味道也是爽脆鲜美的。

我始终坚持花椒油和莴苣是最好的搭档,因为有了花椒油莴苣的味道才能更加鲜美、突出。

    • 1.莴苣去皮后切细条。
    • 2.用少许精盐腌渍莴苣20分钟,因为莴苣用盐杀过水,口感爽脆。
    • 3.青红椒洗净后切小段。
    • 4.腌渍好的莴苣,倒出腌出的水。
    • 5.倒入一汤匙凉拌醋。
    • 6.倒入适量花椒油,调匀即可。
