  • 1.香椿200克鸡蛋2个热饭100克春卷皮 适量盐 适量糖 适量
  • 2.香椿氽水,捞出后入冷水投凉,沥干,切末。
  • 3.鸡蛋摊蛋皮,备用
  • 4.蛋皮切碎末。
  • 5.热饭30度左右,放入香椿末、鸡蛋末、加盐、糖调匀后做馅。
  • 6.春卷皮包馅,用水淀粉封口。
  • 7.七成油温,炸春卷直至变脆,取出装盆即可。
  • 8.香椿春卷完工。
