Steps to make 羊肉卷豆腐

  • 1.准备好买来的羊肉卷让其自然化冻,将买来的老豆腐切成一厘米长条。
  • 2.羊肉卷化冻后将两片铺在一起,将切好的豆腐放在上面然后裹紧呈条状。
  • 3.全部裹好后撒入一点点盐即可。
  • 4.起锅烧油、摇晃锅中油使其均匀平铺。
  • 5.油热放入裹好的成品,小火慢煎。
  • 6.底部变色后将其翻面。
  • 7.小火慢煎,将另一面也煎至定型上色。
  • 8.一定要小火慢煎,持续翻转,直至四面金黄即可捞出。
  • 9.捞出摆盘,起锅烧油 倒入酱油、蚝油、生抽、糖、一点点水、熬成汁。
  • 10.浇在上面撒上葱花,大功告成。老人小孩都爱吃。
