【自制牛轧糖】
这次做的是棉花糖版本的牛轧糖,因为简单快手,味道也不错。
原味的棉花糖版本牛轧糖,对我来说,还是有些过甜了。
所以做糖的时候,就加了些咖啡粉和抹茶粉。
奶咖味道的牛轧糖,在浓郁中带着些焦香的苦味。而抹茶味道的,则是另一种清新的茶香与微微的苦涩。
两种味道都能很好的中和原本的甜腻,非常好吃呢!

Details of ingredients

  • 白色棉花糖150g
  • 抹茶粉10g
  • 全脂奶粉100g
  • 无盐黄油30g
  • 果干30g
  • 坚果50g
  • 一小撮(两根手指捻起的量)

Steps to make 【自制牛轧糖】

  • 1.准备好各种材料。坚果提前烤熟或者炒熟,如果带皮的话,最好是去除外皮;
  • 2.不粘锅中放入黄油,小火加热;
  • 3.黄油融化后,加入棉花糖;
  • 4.继续小火加热,直至棉花糖融化;
  • 5.加入奶粉和抹茶粉,继续不停小火搅拌;
  • 6.锅中原料完全混合均匀后,加入果干和坚果;
  • 7.趁热拌匀,关火,将混合好的牛轧糖趁热转移到案板上,揉匀。这里可以用叠压的方式,尽可能的排出其中的空气,再整形成长方体;
  • 8.待完全冷却后,包上保鲜膜,冰箱冷藏一晚。第二天取出来,稍稍回温后切块食用。
