  • 1.鱼一条,鱼头鱼尾切下留用别处【我用去做火锅了】留鱼中段
  • 2.鱼中段加酱油,五香粉,盐,腌制十五分钟
  • 3.陪聊洗净切好备用
  • 4.锅中放油下配料和盐酱油炒香,加水烧开放着
  • 5.锅中放油,下鱼段炸金黄色捞出
  • 6.捞出直接泡入烧好的料之中,浸泡三十分钟
  • 7.捞出入锅复炸一遍,这时鱼肉已经非常入味了,撒上少许辣椒面直接上桌就行了。外酥里嫩好好味。
