芝士咸肉土豆球
最近又学玩烤箱菜,跟着书学,一步一步做,其实不难,说真的,比学烤面包蛋糕容易多了,而且时间短、见效快、成色好。芝士,本来本人是碰都不敢碰,心想,如果那时我是地下党,被小日本或国民党逮捕,不用严刑拷打,只要往我咀里塞芝士,一准全招。但说来也巧,我就偏偏不惧怕放在比萨的芝士--马苏里拉,这就给我做烤箱菜带来了很大的选材余地。

  • 土豆约450克
  • 玉米粒1杯
  • 青豆1杯
  • 干咸肉粒3大匙
  • 黄油(炒玉米青豆)20克
  • 黄油 (放入土豆泥)约50克
  • 橄榄油2大匙

Steps to make 芝士咸肉土豆球

  • 1.将土豆削皮,切成粒,放入微波炉叮约20分钟,叮时容器里放2大匙水,或直接连皮水煮至熟,撕去皮,切成粒,再用大勺或土豆压压成泥;
  • 2.锅置炉上,放入黄油,再放青豆和玉米,炒片刻,点放精盐2/3小匙和撒少许胡椒粉1/4小匙,炒均匀;
  • 3.倒入土豆泥里;
  • 4.再倒入咸肉粒和放入黄油50克、盐2/3小匙,胡椒粉1/2小匙、糖粉1/2小匙;
  • 5.搅拌均匀;
  • 6.烤板上刷一层黄油;
  • 7.手稍涂些菜油,再用手将土豆泥搓成球,每个球大约一满大匙土豆泥;
  • 8.搓好的土豆球放在烤板上,上面铺马苏里拉芝士,然后放入预热了的烤箱,350度F,先烤15分钟,再把烤盘前后调转,再烤10分钟。也可以先不放芝士在球表面,先烤15分钟,再铺芝士,再烤约10分钟,这样比较保险,芝士不至于被烤得太焦。
