Steps to make 酸萝卜老鸭汤

  • 1.鸭腿洗净,切块,冷水入锅,加姜片,料酒焯水。
  • 2.咸笋提前泡去咸味,切段,酸萝卜切片。
  • 3.高压锅添水烧开,加入焯过水的鸭块,加料酒,姜片煮开,上气后压10分钟左右。
  • 4.将煮好的汤排气后倒入砂锅中,加笋段,酸萝卜,枸杞煮20分钟左右。
  • 5.加盐调味,撒入葱花即可。
