Steps to make 百香果冰皮月饼

  • 8.蒸好的饼皮晾至不烫手时,揉成团。
  • 9.将饼皮分成每个重20克,搓圆,按扁,包入馅料。
  • 10.两个手配合,慢慢用虎口收口,捏紧。
  • 11.包好的月饼裹匀糕粉,抖掉多余的粉。
  • 12.月饼模中撒入糕粉,抖匀,将多余的糕粉倒掉,收口朝下,放入月饼,压出形状。
  • 13.做好的饼皮月饼。
