Steps to make 红豆水晶棕

  • 1.红豆放入锅内加2倍水
  • 2.煮至水开 关火
  • 3.捞出红豆,再次放入锅中加水
  • 4.小火熬至水干
  • 5.倒入料理机中,加入60g白砂糖,选择果酱料键运行至结束 可用搅拌棒进行调节
  • 6.倒出备用
  • 7.包之前,在西米中加入少许的清水,无需提前浸泡,水份也要少,湿润即可
  • 8.加入一勺色拉油,可以使粽子更加晶莹剔透,也不会粘粽叶
  • 9.加入白砂糖适量
  • 10.粽叶逆时针弯成漏斗型,加入西米,加入红豆
  • 11.加入西米,填满,用勺背压实
  • 12.两边的粽叶向中间弯,将长的粽叶折过来,小尾巴超一边折
  • 13.捆上绳子
  • 14.锅内水煮沸,加入粽子,中火,煮30分钟,焖10-15分
  • 15.将粽子捞出立即投入凉水中
