咸菜鸡肉煲仔饭电饭煲轻松做
不知道你有没有听过咸菜鸡煲,这好像是我们汕尾的特色美食,虽说没吃过,但咸菜炒鸡还是吃过的,咸菜就是比较咸的酸菜,在我们那就叫咸菜知道这次试用里挺多人做焖饭和煲仔饭的,咸菜鸡肉煲仔饭应该没人做吧。

  • 咸菜2片
  • 上海青2棵
  • 料酒2勺
  • 白砂糖少许
  • 姜片3片

Steps to make 咸菜鸡肉煲仔饭电饭煲轻松做

  • 1.材料图
  • 2.大米清洗两次后加1.2~1.5倍的水
  • 3.先进锅煮饭,选择煲仔饭功能
  • 4.咸菜清洗后切片,加水浸泡
  • 5.把鸡肉斩块,勤快的可以把鸡腿去骨,姜切片
  • 6.鸡肉加料酒、蚝油生抽、少许糖、淀粉和水
  • 7.用手抓至水分被鸡肉吸收,加少许芝麻油拌匀
  • 8.中大火,锅里加油,油不能太少,加入姜片,捞出咸菜进锅煸炒
  • 9.然后倒入鸡肉翻炒
  • 10.炒至鸡肉约6、7成熟
  • 11.加入适量泡咸菜的水煮开后出锅备用
  • 12.煮米饭剩余还是15分钟左右时加入咸菜鸡肉,倒入适量汁水
  • 13.煲仔饭煮好,电饭煲提示音响,把上海青清洗后用煮熟放进去就有肉又有菜啦
