    Steps to make 鱼香杏鲍菇

    • 1.杏鲍菇洗净,撕成丝。
    • 2.锅中加水烧开,放入杏鲍菇焯烫一分钟左右。捞出过凉水,稍微挤一下水分。
    • 3.葱,泡姜(鲜姜也可以),大蒜切碎。
    • 4.根据自己的口味,用酱油,糖,醋,花椒粉调一个碗汁。口味淡的话可以加适量开水稀释。
    • 5.黑木耳提前泡软,洗净,切丝;胡萝卜洗净,切丝。
    • 6.炒锅预热,倒油,放入葱姜蒜碎炒香。
    • 7.加入豆豉辣酱炒匀。
    • 8.加入胡萝丝,黑木耳丝和杏鲍菇丝翻炒。
    • 9.倒入事先调好的碗汁,翻炒均匀即可。
