  • 1.准备好所有需要的食材
  • 2.这是干的雪蛤油。泡制雪蛤油需要14个小时。米准备啥时候吃,算好时间泡发。雪蛤油泡的时间短,蒸的时间就长。泡的时间太长,雪蛤油就会没有弹性,太烂了影响口感。所以一定要掌握好时间。
  • 3.把干雪蛤油放入一只干净的碗内,放入姜片,倒入一瓶哇哈哈纯净水,中间换2次水。每次1瓶。
  • 4.这是泡好的雪蛤油,有原来的2倍多
  • 5.桃胶放在一只干净的碗内,放入自来水,泡发12个小时
  • 6.这是泡好的桃胶,泡好后需要把沾在桃胶上的黑的赃东西拿掉,再用水冲洗几遍。
  • 7.干的雪莲子放入一只干净的碗内,倒入自来水泡发12个小时,中间换2次水。
  • 8.这是泡好的雪莲子
  • 9.把所有泡发好,洗干净的食材全部放入陶瓷器皿内
  • 10.倒入杏仁露。我家的这个碗正好倒入一罐

  • 12.盖上碗盖子,放入蒸锅内
  • 13.盖上锅盖,开大火,隔水蒸30分钟(注,冷水放入,水开后蒸30分)
