    Steps to make 私房三色剁

    • 1.原料图。
    • 2.猪里脊肉洗净剁末,先加蛋清抓匀,再依次加入生粉、生抽和少许食油抓匀腌片刻。
    • 3.蒜头切末,青尖椒、红尖椒、番茄分别切小丁备用。
    • 4.锅中热油,倒入肉末炒散,变色后捞出。
    • 5.锅中爆香蒜末。
    • 6.放入青、红尖椒中火炒1分钟左右。
    • 7.再下入番茄丁炒匀。
    • 8.加入适量的盐炒出番茄汁。
    • 9.小火焖3分钟。
    • 10.放入肉末炒匀。
    • 11.加适量开水小火焖至收汁。
    • 12.出锅后用葱花点缀即可。
