葱香味浓的松软面包-----葱香土豆面包
今天的这款面包,是名符其实的葱香味面包,为什么这么讲呢,因为用了两种葱来做,洋葱和小香葱,加上大众美食—土豆君,松软又葱香味浓的面包就这样炼成了。

  • 鸡蛋液50克
  • 85克
  • 30克
  • 4克
  • 高粉250克
  • 奶粉8克
  • 土豆泥50克
  • 酵母4克
  • 黄油20克
  • 洋葱1个
  • 土豆泥200克左右

Steps to make 葱香味浓的松软面包-----葱香土豆面包

  • 1.将土豆蒸熟,压成土豆泥备用,如果蒸的过程中有水,把水倒掉后再将土豆压成泥。
  • 2.除黄油外,将其它的原料放在一起,揉均。
  • 3.加入黄油,揉至能拉出薄膜的状态。
  • 4.将面团进行第一次发酵。
  • 5.面团发酵过程中,将锅里加入适量的黄油,放入一些蒜末,加入洋葱翻炒,炒到洋葱变软的状态,再放入一些盐和胡椒碎,倒入土豆泥中。
  • 6.拌匀。
  • 7.面团发酵到2-2.5倍大。
  • 8.排气,分割成6等份,揉圆松弛15分钟。
  • 9.取1份,擀开,翻面,平铺上洋葱馅料。
  • 10.从上至下卷起来,收口处捏紧。
  • 11. 放在烤盘里,在温度处进行二次发酵。
  • 12.发至两倍大后,取出来,刷上蛋液,再撒上小葱和芝麻,或者将小葱倒入鸡蛋液中,再加一些盐,拌匀,做成馅料,在面包中间划一道口,填入馅料即可。
