  • 1.准备需要的食材。
  • 2.牛肉去除筋膜,装入保鲜袋,用木棍轻轻敲打,这样可以使牛肉更滑嫩。
  • 3.敲打好的牛肉,逆着纹路切成条。
  • 4.牛肉里放入淀粉和油用手抓匀。
  • 5.放入蚝油,生抽和黑胡椒粉抓匀后静置半小时。
  • 6.杭椒和红尖椒切斜片,蒜切蒜末。
  • 7.锅里倒适量的油烧至3-4成热。
  • 8.下入牛肉翻炒。
  • 9.牛肉变色出汁后放入白糖炒匀。
  • 10.放入老抽翻炒均匀,盛出备用。
  • 11.锅里重新倒油,放入蒜末爆香,放入杭椒翻炒均匀。
