Steps to make 煎焗滑鸡

  • 1.准备三黄鸡半只,盐焗粉,姜。
  • 2.将鸡斩件,姜去皮切片。
  • 3.将盐焗粉,酱油,糖,胡椒粉,生粉抓匀。
  • 4.放少许花生油拌匀腌制半小时。
  • 5.热锅放油,油温稍微高一点差不多八成吧,放入鸡块,尽量铺平让鸡块受热均匀,不要翻动等一两分钟后才翻动。
  • 6.这样的鸡块煎得有点焦黄。
  • 7.稍微翻炒一会儿。
  • 8.盖上盖子转小火焖焗约15分钟,这样小火焖焗鸡块才会嫩滑(以鸡块熟透为准)。
  • 9.15分钟过去了,打开盖子,哇,好香啊熟透了。
