腌笃鲜
这个季节我们本地有道时令菜叫腌笃鲜,就是用鲜肉加新鲜五花肉和春笋一起炖了!

  • 枸杞子少许

  • 料酒10ml

  • 1.五花肉切小块
  • 2.鸡肉切成小块
  • 3.火腿切成小片
  • 4.春笋剥皮切成小块
  • 5.先把春笋焯水
  • 6.再把五花肉,鸡肉和火腿都焯水,加点姜片和葱结
  • 7.等水开后肉变色后捞出用水冲洗干净
  • 8.为了省时间,我用电高压锅压了20分钟,把肉类放人高压锅中加入适量清水
  • 9.加点料酒,盖上锅盖定时20分钟
  • 10.时间到,把所有的材料倒回砂锅中,加入笋块
  • 11.我还加了点枸杞子再一起炖半小时
  • 12.加点盐调味即可
