  • 1.先将买来的猪肉用白酒冲洗一下,摸匀
  • 2.锅里放入盐,花椒,八角炒香,盐炒黄
  • 3.把用酒擦过的肉趁热放入锅里,肉皮朝下,用盐摸匀
  • 4.然后放入容器中,盖上盖,腌三天
  • 5.三天过后,再取出来晾三天(阴凉处
  • 6.找一个旧点的锅,里面先放上一些米,上面铺上桔子皮(桔皮又能利用上了,要湿点的,肉放到桔皮上
  • 7.用中火熏30分钟,肉皮上色即可
  • 8.取出在晾上几天就可以吃了用桔皮熏过得肉颜色红亮,格外的香
