索性,就做个简单快手的炼奶华夫
两种口味拼成一块饼,
掰开,看TA黑白分别。。。。

Steps to make 太妃芝士双拼炼奶华夫饼

  • 1.太妃面糊:太妃味炼乳60 克,全蛋液40 克,橄榄油25 克,泡打粉1克,低筋面粉40 克。芝士面糊:芝士味炼乳60 克,全蛋液40 克,橄榄油25 克,泡打粉1克,低筋面粉40 克。
  • 2.全蛋液加入芝士炼乳,用手动打蛋器, 搅拌均匀,充分乳化。
  • 3.橄榄油加入炼乳蛋液糊中,搅打均匀。
  • 4.面粉和泡打粉,混合筛入液体,
  • 5.用硅胶刀,搅拌成细腻无颗粒的面糊。
  • 6.同样的方式制作好太妃炼乳面糊。
  • 7.松饼机预热。
  • 8.分别将两种面糊放入同一模具中。
  • 9.盖上盖子,加入3分钟左右。
  • 10.揭盖,面糊熟透。
  • 11.出炉,置晾架上晾至温热食用。
