Steps to make 盐焗虾

  • 1.虾清洗干净,用盐、花椒粉、胡椒粉、五香粉、料酒腌制20分钟。
  • 2.取一张锡纸,将腌制入味的虾平摆在锡纸上。
  • 3.折叠后边口密封好。
  • 4.锅中放入盐,炒热。
  • 5.将包裹好的虾放入锅内,表面用盐盖住。
  • 6.小火焖8~10分钟即可。
  • 7.打开锡纸,虾已熟了,装盘备用。
  • 8.碗中准备姜末、蒜末、葱花、泡椒。
  • 9.炝入热油。
  • 10.放入酱油、蚝油、鸡粉拌匀,做一个蘸酱。
  • 11.成品。这么做的盐焗虾鲜香无比。
