韩式辣白菜
上次做的辣白菜除了咸点其它方面还可以,对了还有辣椒面不好,颜色偏淡些。
这次做的是按照韩式辣白菜的腌制方法做的,配料齐全,味道当然和买的一样啊,呵呵呵,昨天已经开始吃喽!
方法步骤其实不难,大家可以尝试的!

Steps to make 韩式辣白菜

  • 1.大白菜事先用腌制盐腌制七八个小时,再洗净控干(注意尝尝咸淡,过后放盐量的掌控)
  • 2.准备的配料。
  • 3.这次买的是韩国腌制辣白菜专用辣椒面,呵呵呵,上次超市买的上当怕了,家里还有两袋呢,哈哈哈。
  • 4.对了刚才没有重要的调料~鱼露,我在韩国泡菜那家买到的。不可以缺少啊!
  • 5.蒜切末,姜去皮切末,韭菜切段,大白萝卜插丝条。梨和苹果切碎末。对了还有海米切碎末,呵呵不看照片都有点忘记啦!
  • 6.辣椒面用鱼露拌一下,量可以事先问一下店主,一瓶鱼露是做十颗辣白菜用的,一颗当然不是很多了,注意瓶里鱼露的位置,掌握用量。
  • 7.把其他配料和辣椒面(和好后的)搅拌均匀。糯米面用适量的水(稍多些)调匀,锅里加清水逐渐倒入糯米糊,慢慢搅拌,待出现泡泡后倒入配料中,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.一层层涂抹在腌制好的白菜上面,扣上盖子在室温下发酵一到两天(夏天就一天好了)再放入冰箱五到七天发酵,我今天是八九天了,怕腌制不好,没敢吃,呵呵呵。
  • 9.今天的早餐,米粥加泡菜,呵呵呵,简单点吧?
