樱花和果子
和果子,日本的点心,小豆是主要原料。煮沸小豆后制成豆馅,混入甜砂糖。豆馅通常用年糕包住,制成各式各样的精美点心。我今天做的简易版 !就是粉太软了,不好塑性!

Steps to make 樱花和果子

  • 1.巴马的红梗米,取了100克
  • 2.用破壁机搅打成粉,这是过筛后的红梗米粉,用了20克
  • 3.取适量的水磨糯米粉、红梗米粉和砂糖
  • 4.因为要微波加热,所以换成耐高温的玻璃碗,加入适量清水搅拌成浆
  • 5.放入微波炉高火加热1分钟
  • 6.取出用筷子搅匀后,再次放入微波炉加热1分钟,这个时间和量有关
  • 7.垫子上撒熟糯米粉,取下20克左右的粉团搓圆擀大
  • 8.放入适量的豆沙馅
  • 9.一种直接捏成5角形状
  • 10.把5个角再捏扁成花瓣
  • 11.另一种先把皮的边缘折出5份
  • 12.然后翻过来加入馅料
  • 13.边缘捏紧,再把5个角捏扁成花瓣,中间放上花芯
  • 14.这是做好的2种成品
