Steps to make 杏鲍菇炒鸡丁

  • 1.准备食材。杏鲍菇、胡萝卜清洗干净。
  • 2.鸡胸肉用切肉用案板,切成合适大小的块状。
  • 3.杏鲍菇用蔬果案板切成丁。
  • 4.胡萝卜用削皮刀削皮,然后切成丁就可以啦。
  • 5.鸡胸肉丁中加入2勺料酒去腥、1勺蚝油提鲜。加1勺盐、半勺玉米淀粉,从摩飞刀筷砧板消毒机中取出消毒好的筷子,搅拌均匀腌制15分钟。
  • 6.干净不粘锅中,倒入适量玉米油,下姜片爆香。倒入腌制好的鸡胸肉丁,翻炒至变色。盛出备用。
  • 7.锅里留底油,倒入杏鲍菇丁和胡萝卜丁翻炒。
  • 8.翻炒至微微变软,就可以倒入之前炒好的鸡胸肉丁,一起翻炒了一会。然后淋入小半碗清水,搅匀。
  • 9.加入一勺甜面酱,搅匀。生抽2勺,翻炒上色。再来一勺蚝油,搅匀提鲜。
  • 10.大火将汤汁略微收干,就可以关火装盘啦。
  • 11.撒上葱花装饰。开吃!好吃又下饭的杏鲍菇炒鸡丁就做好啦!
