Steps to make 海参蒸蛋

  • 1.鸡蛋磕入碗中,准备2倍于鸡蛋的凉白开。
  • 2.海参切片和条。
  • 3.香葱切末。
  • 4.蒸碗内壁抹一层香油。
  • 5.鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
  • 6.放入2倍的凉白开搅拌均匀。
  • 7.蛋液滤入蒸碗中。
  • 8.浮沫多可再过滤一遍,保证表面无气泡。
  • 9.蒙一层保鲜膜,牙签戳2-3个小孔,冷水上锅,中大火蒸约15分钟。可根据自家灶火力掌握时间。。
  • 10.凝固的蛋羹揭去保鲜膜,放入海参,继续蒸2-3分钟。
  • 11.出锅淋生抽,少量香油,撒上香葱末。
