  • 黑芝麻200克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 熟糯米粉20克
  • 芝麻油30克
  • 蛋黄液少许

Steps to make 黑芝麻月饼

  • 1.将200克黑芝麻炒熟,用料理机打成粉,
  • 2.加入50克糖粉和20克熟糯米粉拌匀,
  • 3.再加入30克芝麻油,
  • 4.搅拌成团,即为黑芝麻馅,
  • 5.碗中加入75克糖浆,25克玉米油,再加入2克枧水,
  • 6.用打蛋器充分搅拌融合,
  • 7.筛入100克低筋面粉,
  • 8.用刮刀拌匀成团,入冰箱冷藏30分钟,
  • 9.将黑芝麻馅分成30克/份,月饼皮分成20克/份,
  • 10.取一个月饼皮按扁,
  • 11.放上黑芝麻馅,从下往上搓着收口,
  • 12.如此全部做好,
  • 13.用月饼模具压成月饼,
  • 14.入预热好的烤箱,中层,200度,上下火,烤5分钟,
  • 15.取出刷上蛋黄液,
  • 16.入烤箱,再烤10分钟即可。
