    • 1.梭子鱼。
    • 2.先将洗净的梭子鱼去头。
    • 3.从背部划开。
    • 4.刀贴着鱼骨小心把鱼肉取下,翻面同样的方法取下另一面的鱼肉。
    • 5.把取下的鱼肉放入大碗中,加入盐、糖、酒拌匀,稍置五分钟。
    • 6.裹生酥炸粉。
    • 7.等鱼肉返潮后就可以入油锅炸了。
    • 8.这样的处理方法很适合家里有小朋友的,因为刺没了,吃起来放心也方便。
