    Steps to make 酱油腌黄瓜

    • 1.黄瓜清洗干净。
    • 2.黄瓜撒上盐,腌出水份。
    • 3.黄瓜大的切长条,小的整条,晾晒去除水份。
    • 4.锅中倒入酱油。
    • 5.调入白糖煮开晾凉备用。
    • 6.热锅冷油,放入花椒粒和大料小火炸出香味,关火晾凉备用。
    • 7.准备生姜、辣椒、蒜粒。
    • 8.生姜和蒜切片。
    • 9.取一容器,底层铺上生姜、盐、蒜片、辣椒等,放入晾晒好的黄瓜(做的黄瓜多,可用窄口罐子来腌)。
    • 10.依次一层调料一层黄瓜码好,如图。
    • 11.倒入晾凉的酱油汁儿,淹没黄瓜为宜。
    • 12.倒入白酒和晾好的油(若用罐子腌黄瓜,倒入酒和酱油,最后多倒一些油,覆盖在最上一层封口)。
    • 13.保鲜膜裹封住容器口,盖好盖子,放置一周左右即可食用。
    • 14.非常好吃的小菜。
