    Steps to make 春饼

    • 1.用开水和面,揉光后醒至少半小时;
    • 2.醒好面揉一揉,揉成长条;
    • 3.切小块儿;
    • 4.揉圆剂子压扁;
    • 5.往面饼上倒点油;
    • 6.在那一块面饼对着把油蹭均匀;
    • 7.擀薄;
    • 8.擀好了;
    • 9.开小火热锅,不用倒油,放饼,盖盖子,鼓起来后翻面,另一面够火候了 就出锅;
    • 10.两个锅一起烙更快一些;
    • 11.烙好后找个蒸锅,铺上干的屉布,放上饼,开锅上气后,蒸上三分钟;
    • 12.又香又软的饼出炉啦;
    • 13.豆芽洗净控水备用;
    • 14.胡萝卜切丝,韭菜摘洗干净切段;
    • 15.热锅倒油,待油热后,炒葱香,先炒胡萝卜丝,再放入绿豆芽翻炒,放少量生抽和少量盐,熟差不多了放入韭菜翻炒几下,出锅;
    • 16.土豆切丝,洗去淀粉,捞出控水;
    • 17.胡萝卜和螺丝椒切丝;
    • 18.热锅倒油待油烧热,炒葱香,先炒胡萝卜丝,再放入土豆丝翻炒,放盐翻炒,放螺丝椒翻炒,放点水翻炒,炒熟出锅;
    • 19.酱肘子切片;
    • 20.酱肘子汤汁回锅烧开,水淀粉勾芡,放入青辣椒、红米椒、蒜末放入断生,关火,浇在肘子上;
    • 21.鸡蛋放点水,加适量盐打散;
    • 22.葱切细滚刀;
    • 23.待油热先炒鸡蛋后放葱,葱炒软,关火出锅;
    • 24.开卷吧;
    • 25.蔬菜鸡蛋春饼;
    • 26.再来卷肉的;
