这面包超级柔软哦。女儿边吃边夸哈。感觉我烤的上色重了些,可以盖上锡纸,不过,我也没盖啊,表层脆脆的也不错呢。喜欢的可以试试哦。
食材:高粉260克、蛋液50克、牛奶60克、清水50克、无盐黄油35克、绵白糖50克、盐3克、酵母4克

Steps to make 芝麻餐包

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.除了黄油和酵母之外的材料放于盆中混合。
  • 3.拌匀为面团。静放30分钟。
  • 4.半小时后,连同酵母一起放入面包机启动和面程序。
  • 5.揉为光滑面团后加入软化的黄油。
  • 6.面团揉至扩展阶段,发酵至二倍大。
  • 7.发酵好之后取出排气。揉为光滑面团。
  • 8.面团分六等分。静放15分钟。
  • 9.取小面团二次排气,擀约长舌状。
  • 10.转过来,边缘擀薄。卷起来。
  • 11.依次做好放入烤盘中进行二次发酵。
  • 12.12、发酵好之后,涮上蛋液。撒上芝麻。
  • 13.烤箱预热,上下火175度,烤15分钟即可。
