Steps to make 椰蓉吐司

  • 1.制作椰蓉馅:黄油软化后加入糖粉。
  • 2.打发~~~~。
  • 3.分2次加入全蛋液,搅拌至吸收。
  • 4.分2次加入牛奶,搅拌至吸收(略微油水分离不影响)。
  • 5.加入椰蓉。
  • 6.拌匀静置备用
  • 7.将除黄油外的所有材料放入面包机内。
  • 8.揉至面团光滑时加入黄油,继续揉至面团完全阶段(取一块面团可拉出半透明的薄膜,破洞边缘光滑)。
  • 9.基础发酵至2-2.5倍大小。
  • 10.将面团排气后擀成长方形。
  • 11.铺上椰蓉馅。
  • 12.从一侧卷起。
  • 13.纵向从中间切开。
  • 14.切面向上,扭成8字形,两端捏紧。
  • 15.放入吐司模。
  • 16.最后发酵至九分满。
  • 17.190度40分钟左右脱模即可。
