港式黄金芝士鸡肉卷
最近吃了两款夹心鸡翼,一款是燕窝鸡翼,一款是芝士鸡翼,都是夹心鸡翼,虽然燕窝鸡翼贵很多,口感上还是芝士鸡翼味道比较好,没有鸡翼,用鸡胸肉代替,还可以吃到更多鸡肉滑嫩的口感,总体口感酥脆香滑,有两种不同cheese的口感。

    Steps to make 港式黄金芝士鸡肉卷

    • 1.准备材料,要先把鸡胸肉解冻洗干净。
    • 2.先将鸡蛋打入碗中充分打散。
    • 3.将鸡胸肉从中间剖开,底部沾上生粉。
    • 4.在剖开的鸡胸肉里放入一层Bacon细丝,然后在Bacon上放上两种cheese丝。
    • 5.包起来将边缘合拢。
    • 6.将边缘捏住,先让整块肉外部裹上葛粉。
    • 7.然后均匀裹上搅拌好的蛋液。
    • 8.最后均匀沾上面包粉。
    • 9.这时候用牙签将口部串起来封住,在盘中放几分钟(很重要的一步)。
    • 10.将油烧热,但是不起烟的时候将鸡肉放入锅中,这时候转至中火。
    • 11.表面凝结后转至小火继续炸。
    • 12.炸至金黄后,开大火逼油。
    • 13.加点泡菜,上盘。
