Steps to make 海鲜汤

  • 1.这是事先准备好的自己煮的鸡汤,倒入砂锅中。
  • 2.把泡发好的海参刷洗干净切小。
  • 3.海参一同放入砂锅。
  • 4.鲍鱼壳刷干净也一同放入。大火煮开转小火先煲20分钟。
  • 5.转大火放入鲍鱼。
  • 6.再放入大虾。
  • 7.最后煮开的状态再放入虎斑鱼片。鱼片容易熟,煮开的状态放入就不会煮烂了。
  • 8.葱头也一同放入。调入适量盐关火即可。
