【笑口常开】去枣核的方法

  • 1.红枣放在温水中浸泡半小时。
  • 2.糯米粉适量盛在碗中。
  • 3.加适量水搅拌成软硬适中的糯米团。
  • 4.取一个红枣,刀直直的往中间部位切一点点,红枣不能切断,切到枣核后沿着枣核的周围慢慢绕圈切。
  • 5.一个红枣就处理好了。
  • 6.另一种方法是用筷子,不过使用这种方法的红枣切口没有刀切的那么平整,筷子捅进红枣,位置是在枣核的上方。
  • 7.把筷子往上挑断红枣。
  • 8.用刀尖把红枣核挑出来即可。
  • 9.处理好的红枣。
  • 10.取一小条糯米。
  • 11.包入红枣中搓圆。
  • 12.包好的红枣。
  • 13.锅中放一碗的水,水煮开后才下入红枣,如果冷水就下的话,糯米会变糊,外表不易成型,影响外观。
  • 14.再次煮开后下入两茶匙白糖。
  • 15.煮至冒大泡,水分减少,变成粘稠糖汁即可。
