全麦猪扒汉堡

  • 全麦高筋面粉250g
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 黄油40g
  • 牛奶80g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 酵母3g
  • 2g
  • 猪扒3块
  • 培根肉3片
  • 生菜3片

Steps to make 全麦猪扒汉堡

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.将牛奶、白糖、鸡蛋混合倒入搅拌桶中搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入全麦面粉,酵母搅拌,面粉完全吸收水份后柔成面团结
  • 4.揉至面团表面光滑不粘手时,加入黄油、食盐再柔至面团表面光滑,能拉出手套膜为止
  • 5.揉好的面团静置15分钟,将面团分割100克的小面团,然后滚圆
  • 6.将排好气的面团粘上白芝麻,摆放到烤盘里
  • 7.烤箱调至发酵功能,把做好的面包放入烤箱发酵,发酵至原体积的1.5倍大即可烘烤
  • 8.烤箱调回上下火功能,上火180度,下火160度,烤15分钟
  • 9.猪扒、培根肉放入烤箱上下火120度,烤10~15分钟即可(根据猪扒的厚度增减时间)
  • 10.烤好的面包自然冷却后,横切成三片,在面上挤上番茄沙司,放一片生菜,再挤上番茄沙司,把猪扒叠在生菜面上,盖上另一片面包片,再挤上番茄沙司,放上培根肉,盖上最后一片面包片即可
