  • 1.准备的材料。
  • 2.把螃蟹处理干净。
  • 3.从中间切成两半。
  • 4.香菇,猪肉,生姜洗净,剁碎。
  • 5.油加热后,煸香姜末。
  • 6.把香菇猪肉末加进炒变色。
  • 7.加入欣和甜面酱,鸡精,白糖炒匀盛出。
  • 8.把处理好的螃蟹放进炒好的肉末里面上笼大火蒸15分钟。
  • 9.鸡蛋面开水锅加点盐煮熟捞出控干水分,(断生就可以,不 要太烂)。
  • 10.把蒸好的蟹味酱淋在面条上撒点熟芝麻,香菜就可以。
