麻辣鸡丝

  • 酱油1小勺
  • 1小勺

Steps to make 麻辣鸡丝

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.锅中加水,放入八角、姜片、料酒、一半的葱干辣椒花椒,烧开煮出香味后放入鸡胸肉煮8分钟左右。
  • 3.香菜切段,备好其余调味料。
  • 4.煮好后鸡肉捞出放凉,用手撕成小细条备用。
  • 5.小锅中加油,加入干辣椒和花椒煸炒变色出香味后捞出,关火。
  • 6.倒入葱、蒜末、枸杞,用油的余温煸至断生。
  • 7.碗中加酱油、醋、白糖、盐,倒入麻辣油调成料汁。
  • 8.将料汁淋在鸡丝上,洒上白芝麻加点香菜,吃的时候拌匀就行。
