可爱的月亮馒头,吃得不是馒头,是好心情。

Steps to make 月亮馒头

  • 1.南瓜蒸熟压成泥,160克,面粉300克,酵母3克,白砂糖5克,揉成光滑的面团,揉一百下。(太干可加一点点水揉)
  • 2.发酵2倍大小。(天气如太冷,盖好保鲜膜,放入50度左右的蒸锅里发酵)
  • 3.再次排气揉匀面团,取少量面团,加可可粉,少量水揉成黑面团。
  • 4.黄面团,用擀面杖擀成长方形,不要太薄了,这是馒头,不是饼干。
  • 5.用月亮模具压出月亮型。
  • 6.整齐摆放在蒸锅上,稍留些空隙。
  • 7.用黑面团揉出各种眼睛,嘴巴,用水沾住。发酵2倍大小。(时间花费挺长,想省时间的,可以用黑芝麻代替)。
  • 8.大火蒸15分钟,焖5分钟即可。
