台湾小吃盐酥鸡
这个小吃的味道有点儿像鸡米花,只是外面没有裹鸡米花那层炸粉。这个菜是和清风一束学的,过程比较简单,就是脱鸡骨比较费尽,也许我还没有掌握要领,有经验的同学,一定要告诉我啊。

    Steps to make 台湾小吃盐酥鸡

    • 1.将鸡肉洗净,切小块。
    • 2.放在碗里,加入调料A腌制30分钟左右。(如果是鸡腿肉就去掉骨头先,我是勉强的去掉2个鸡腿的骨头)
    • 3.将腌制好的鸡肉块均匀的裹上一层淀粉。(据清风说红薯淀粉颗粒粗效果好,我因为要做蛋糕家里备了好多袋玉米淀粉,就将就了)
    • 4.锅中倒油,将鸡肉一块一块的下入锅中炸,适当的搅动避免鸡块之间粘连,炸至金黄色就可以捞出了。
    • 5.最后撒上椒盐和辣椒粉,拌匀即食。
