    • 2.吐沙后清洗干净

    • 5.开最大火加入花蛤爆炒几下,加锅盖焖1分钟。
    • 6.这时候加入少量盐再翻炒几下,看花蛤全部都开壳后马上关火。
    • 7.简单的味道鲜美的辣炒花蛤就做好了(花蛤要想保持鲜嫩一定要大火爆炒)。
