曲奇,真的是送人的烘焙礼物的代表作,当然并不是说我的这个,呵呵,因为曲奇送人简单大方,稍改变一下口味和做法,瞬间变得高大尚,而且小朋友们特别喜欢,除了喜欢这些可爱的造型外,他们也很喜欢这种蔓越莓做成的曲奇,酸甜不腻。

  • 黄油80克
  • 糖粉60克
  • 全蛋液15克
  • 蔓越莓干35克

Steps to make 蔓越莓曲奇

  • 1.黄油室温软化
  • 2.加入糖粉用电动打蛋器手动搅动混合,再用低速打至顺滑稍膨胀
  • 3.加入全蛋液打至顺滑
  • 4.加入过筛的低粉
  • 5.加入已切碎的蔓越莓干搅拌成面团
  • 6.将面团放在保鲜膜上,上面再铺一个保鲜袋,擀至0.3CM薄
  • 7.烤盘铺油纸,将面团印出一个个造型放在烤盘上
  • 8.烤箱热预,150度烤13分钟
