  • 1.大米洗净,用水浸泡20分钟
  • 2.鸡肉剔出来,鸡骨架可用来煲汤
  • 3.剔出来的鸡肉切成块状,鸡肾切成花
  • 4.把腌鸡肉中的材料都加入料理碗中拌均匀腌制一下
  • 5.把酱汁先调好备用
  • 6.青菜,姜,切丝备好
  • 7.锅底加入少许花生油,加入大米
  • 8.加入水
  • 9.煮开时让其继续中火煮至水收干
  • 10.在水慢慢开始发干,但还不是全干的状态下码入腌制好的鸡肉
  • 11.盖上姜子
  • 12.均匀地淋入酱油
  • 13.撒上姜丝
  • 14.再取一勺花生油
  • 15. 顺着锅的锅壁淋上花生油,这一次是为了让锅巴有点酥脆的一个重要步骤
  • 16.打入一个鸡蛋再次盖上盖子
  • 17.另起锅加入水煮开加入盐,和少许油
  • 18.码入青菜焯水断生即可
