Steps to make 糯米蒸蛋

  • 1.在鸡蛋的一头敲一个小洞,去蛋白留蛋黄。
  • 2.糯米加水泡5个小时。
  • 3.将腊肉切成丁,然后将别的调料都切好备用。(个人喜欢吃腊肉,不喜欢吃腊肉的话可以加别的肉)
  • 4.泡好的糯米去水,加入食盐,酱油。
  • 5.将所有的配料跟糯米放在一起搅拌腌制5分钟。
  • 6.用勺子将糯米放进蛋中。
  • 7.放入蒸锅蒸半小时即可。
  • 8.出锅,好看又好吃。
