Steps to make 辣椒小炒鸡

  • 1.准备鸡腿一个,放在盆中加盐搓洗干净,用菜刀和厨房剪刀给鸡腿去骨,骨头别扔了,可以用来煮汤。
  • 2.鸡肉切成厘米小块,放在碗中,加盐加料酒加酱油拌均匀备用。
  • 3.葱切段,姜切碎,大蒜拍松,干辣椒切段,青辣椒切块。
  • 4.炒锅倒油,油热后下入腌好的鸡肉,稍后翻炒,鸡块很快就炒熟了。
  • 5.把鸡肉推一边,放上葱姜碎和干辣椒干花椒炒香。
  • 6.接着把青辣椒块下锅,同鸡肉块拌炒在一起,加糖、酱油、盐调味,炒至干香就可以出锅了。
