红酒烤鸭
烤鸭是咱们中国的传统美食,西餐中也非常常见,当然烤的方法是不同的。自己在家烤鸭子吃,没必要烤上一整只,两条鸭腿也就够了。怎么烤呢?关键在腌制。
今天这道红酒烤鸭有点儿创意——中西调料我都用了,当然也不是乱用,还是参考了一些网络知识和菜谱的,不然烤出来味道“乱七八槽”没人吃也不好哈。
因为主要调味料用到了红葡萄酒,说什么也不能算是中餐了,再加上用烤箱烤也不是中餐的主要烹调方式,所以还是算西餐吧。吃的时候就别讲究了,关起门来吮着手指头啃吧!真的很美味!

  • 鸭腿2根
  • 红葡萄酒3大勺
  • 花椒2小勺
  • 1/2小勺
  • 十三香炒菜粉1/4小勺
  • 生抽1大勺
  • 红葡萄酒1/2大勺
  • 老抽1/2大勺
  • 蜂蜜1大勺

Steps to make 红酒烤鸭

  • 1.鸭腿洗净,加入红葡萄酒、花椒、盐、十三香和生抽,充分抓拌均匀,密封放进冰箱冷藏过夜,甚至48小时;
  • 2.将刷料一起放进小碗,搅拌均匀;
  • 3.腌好的鸭腿,放进铺了锡纸的烤盘中;
  • 4.腿骨处包上小块儿锡纸,防止烤糊;并在鸭腿表面刷上一层刷料;
  • 5.放进预热180度的烤箱,烤15分钟拿出来刷一遍刷料,再烤15分钟拿出来刷一遍刷料,继续烤10到15分钟,至鸭腿熟透,即可。
