排骨做的菜肴几乎每周都会在我家餐桌上出现一两次,谁让全家都喜欢呢!呵呵~可是烹制的压力可全在我这呢,为保证口感新鲜,还得时常变换花样,和不断的学习呀!哈~不过咱乐意学习和尝试呢,今儿就做了这道萝卜烧排骨,发现它的妙处是清爽不油腻,而且还是好吃的下饭菜哦~

  • 排骨500g
  • 白萝卜1根
  • 半棵
  • 10克
  • 6瓣
  • 八角2枚
  • 尖辣椒2枚
  • 花生油25毫升
  • 料酒10毫升
  • 老抽10毫升
  • 生抽15毫升
  • 30克
  • 胡椒粉2克

Steps to make 萝卜烧排骨

  • 1.将排骨洗净。
  • 2.过沸水淖3分钟。
  • 3.葱、姜、蒜准备好。
  • 4.葱姜蒜、尖辣椒切碎。
  • 5.炒锅中倒少许油,油热下入葱姜蒜、八角和尖辣椒爆香。
  • 6.倒入淖好的排骨,翻炒片刻。
  • 7.加入料酒、老抽、生抽、糖、胡椒和盐,翻炒均匀,添加足够多的热水。以没过排骨为宜。大火烧开,转小火加盖慢炖1小时。
  • 8.白萝卜去皮,洗净。
  • 9.切滚刀块备用。
  • 10.待排骨炖足1小时后,加入萝卜块。
  • 11.再次烧开后,转小火炖约20分钟。出锅前加少许鸡精调味即可。
