今天一个人在家,不知道要做什么吃,烧菜做饭感觉烧多了又吃不掉,发现厨房有一些昨天没吃完的丸子什么的,就想着一个人吃火锅吧,刚好家里有红小方,正想试试辣辣的味道呢……

  • 火锅丸子8个
  • 金针菇50g
  • 香菇3个
  • 小蛋6个
  • 油豆腐3个
  • 香菜1棵

Steps to make 一人食简便火锅

  • 1.先把丸子小蛋清洗干净!
  • 2.金针菇洗净,香菇洗净切十字花刀,香菜洗净切段备用。
  • 3.把除了丸子以外的所有东西装到焖烧罐里。
  • 4.倒入开水,盖上盖子预热五分钟。(这一步很关键,焖烧罐一定要把食材和杯子预热。)
  • 5.预热焖烧罐的时候我们来煮火锅底料,一块红小方加400g水。
  • 6.怕丸子焖不熟,就煮底料的时候把丸子也放进去煮一煮。煮开了,红小方都化开来了就可以了!
  • 7.把焖烧罐里的开水全部倒干净,倒入火锅底料和丸子,盖上盖子,焖一到两个小时就可以了!
  • 8.打开盖子,倒入碗里,加上香菜,来吃吧!
  • 9.用焖烧罐做火锅,制作简单,加了红小方的火锅,辣味十足,真的很爽。
