  • 1.山楂洗净准备去核
  • 2.用专用的山楂去核工具,把核完整的去掉
  • 3.全部去完
  • 4.不锈钢煮锅放入1000克清水,放入150克冰糖
  • 5.煮到水开糖化后
  • 6.将去好核的山楂放入,以水漫过山楂为宜
  • 7.不盖盖小火煮,开锅后可以用小勺撇去浮沫
  • 8.大概煮8-10分钟,山楂的汤汁变浓罐头就做好了
  • 9.可以提前将玻璃瓶煮好,做好的罐头放入瓶子里保存,冰镇后味道更赞
