杭椒干子榨菜炒鸡丝

Steps to make 杭椒干子榨菜炒鸡丝

  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.鸡脯肉切丝后加入适量的盐、淀粉、生抽、料酒, 拌均匀腌制一下;
  • 3.热锅凉油, 放入腌制入味的鸡丝进去翻炒;
  • 4.翻炒至鸡丝变色后放入干子丝进去翻炒;
  • 5.翻炒几下后加入适量的生抽翻炒上色;
  • 6.再加入榨菜丝进去翻炒;
  • 7.加入杭椒丝进去翻炒;
  • 8.最后就让少许盐翻炒均匀即可。
  • 9.端上桌了。
