贴秋膘进行时---XO酱烤排骨
据说电压力锅也可做烤排骨,我有点不信,真怕烤干了,可是菜谱又明明写着,且时间短,入味快,斗胆来试一下,真是有点做上瘾,比烤箱快多了,且我的XO酱第一次用,新鲜加惊喜,溢于言表,更流露在菜。

     试着做了点装饰,用蒜薹做了个竹排盛器,想着若是宴客的话定是可以说的过去的。

  • 生抽1勺

  • 1茶匙
  • XO酱1勺
  • 蒜薹150克

Steps to make 贴秋膘进行时---XO酱烤排骨

  • 1.肋排洗净(只用其中一部分),锅内放清水,放入排骨,开水后停火,泡10分钟捞出沥水。
  • 2. 挑一些品相较好的冲干净,放入保鲜盒。
  • 3.加入生抽、老抽、蚝油、盐、糖和XO酱等调料。
  • 4.拌匀后入冰箱冷藏1小时以上,中间可翻动一次。
  • 5.电压力锅内胆抹一层油。
  • 6.放入腌好的排骨连同酱汁。
  • 7.启动蒸米程序,蒸10分钟。排压后排骨即蒸熟。此时排骨可以直接吃了,略带汤汁。
  • 8.煎锅放点油,放入蒸好的排骨煎至表面金黄,一定小火煎制。把锅内酱汁倒入小火收干。
  • 9.停火撒点熟芝麻。
  • 10. 蒜薹洗净,切成约15厘米长的段。
  • 11.横排用牙签串起来成竹排状。 露牙签的地方再用小段蒜薹插上。
  • 12.剩下的蒜薹切中断把竹排的一头垫高,放上排骨。
