Steps to make 米饭锅巴

  • 1.将剩余米饭加盐、鸡精、五香粉,新奥尔良烤鸡粉。一点油混合搅拌均匀
  • 2.盛入保鲜袋擀平
  • 3.将保鲜袋剪开切块,切时刀用凉水冲一下,不容易粘连切成块
  • 4.铝盘抹油,吧锅巴平铺在盘子上,放入冰箱冷冻3小时
  • 5.电饼铛放些油,两面都刷油,大约煎10分钟,煎至2面金黄即可
  • 6.锅巴做好了
  • 7.挤上番茄酱就可以开吃了
